How does TrackGEO measure AI visibility?

We run the prompts you track across multiple AI engines, detect when your brand is mentioned and cited, and score share-of-answer over time. See the methodology page for the full breakdown.

Which AI engines are supported?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini with Search grounding. You choose which engines each prompt runs against, and which ones you get depends on your plan. TrackGeo measures answers from provider APIs — the models behind these assistants — not scrapes of their consumer apps. See the engines page for what each one queries and where it is limited.

How do credits work?

Each scan consumes credits based on the engines and prompts involved. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up anytime from Settings → Credits.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — manage your plan from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I get support?

Open the in-app Support Center from Settings, or email support@tracklink.io. We reply within one business day.
