- The brands and competitors you track, and the prompts you choose to run
- Prompt runs and the responses AI engines return, including the brand mentions and citations we extract from them
- Site audit results for the domains you ask us to audit

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions

Measuring AI visibility means sending your prompts to the AI providers we measure. When you run a scan, the prompt text and the brand and competitor names it contains are sent to the provider APIs behind the engines you selected:
- Anthropic — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
- Google — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
- Microsoft — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
- OpenAI — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
- Perplexity — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
We also rely on these providers to operate the service:
- Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing
- Resend — Transactional and notification email delivery
- PostHog — Product analytics, subject to your consent
- Sentry — Error and performance monitoring
Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data on our instructions. We will update this list before adding a new sub-processor.
