• The brands and competitors you track, and the prompts you choose to run
• Prompt runs and the responses AI engines return, including the brand mentions and citations we extract from them
• Site audit results for the domains you ask us to audit

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns

4. Sub-processors

Measuring AI visibility means sending your prompts to the AI providers we measure. When you run a scan, the prompt text and the brand and competitor names it contains are sent to the provider APIs behind the engines you selected:

• Anthropic — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
• Google — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
• Microsoft — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
• OpenAI — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse
• Perplexity — running your prompts and returning the answers we analyse

We also rely on these providers to operate the service:

• Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend — Transactional and notification email delivery
• PostHog — Product analytics, subject to your consent
• Sentry — Error and performance monitoring

Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data on our instructions. We will update this list before adding a new sub-processor.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
